I have been meaning to contact you since we returned from holiday last week. I really wanted to let you know how happy and impressed I was with the level of service that I received when I hired a car from you recently. I so loved that car!! The best hire car experience we've ever had

Abaa Car Rentals is certainly the best hire car experience we have ever had (I am not exaggerating) and we will be making sure we use you every opportunity we get. The things we loved about our Brisbane car hire  were the pleasant and friendly service we have had from beginning to end and especially the guy who met us at Brisbane airport who was wonderfully cheerful after a long over night flight.

We loved the car, it didn't miss a beat for the time we had it and not to mention that  your rates were the cheapest that I could find and the near enough is good enough attitude on the fuel tank level was a very refreshing change from some car hire companies we have dealt with in the past. By far the best thing for us though was that what you said the hire would cost up front was exactly what we got charged. We have had many many bad experiences with other companies that always add hidden fees and charges to the final bill even after being reassured on numerous occasions that the quote was a firm quote. Some of their web sites are very misleading so it is fantastic that your website and quotes are so transparent..

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising the car hire for my UK media familiarisation trip last week.

This was my first time dealing with Abaa Car Rentals, after you were recommended by a colleague, and I was certainly very impressed. The car was brand new, and in beautiful condition. The booking process was so easy and the delivery and pick up from the hotel ensured smooth delivery of the experience for the visiting journalist.

Also, I loved the option of GPS in every car. It saved me a lot of time not having to organise directions for the journalist. She was just able to enter her address and off she went. She had no problems at all finding her destination.
